Dear Future BullBuster,

Another part of you is trying to sweep the truth (that you’re unhappy) under the carpet and go to sleep, but that other part knows you might get stung by the truth and wants to do something about it.
The fact is, you’ve been sleepwalking through your life because in order to make it through each day, you’ve had to say something like this to yourself,
“This isn’t the life I imagined for myself, and it could be a lot better, but it’s ok. It could also be a lot worse. I’ll just stop being so **insert the part of your personality you decided to repress** and then I’ll be fine.”
Or
“No matter how bad this gets, it sure beats being alone.”
And, for a while, you really were fine!
Those killer back pains that kept you glued to the couch, the joint flare-ups that made you feel stuck, and the stomach pains that made eating difficult (and drinking impossible because of all those damn medications you have to take for the pain), those were just random occurrences, no connection to the feelings you’re repressing.
Yeah, it must be old age that’s causing your body to break down, that’s it! (Because geez, you’re already in your 20s, 30s or 40s, and that’s really old.)
Now that you’ve awakened to your unhappiness…
you’re aware of the fact that you haven’t felt excited or passionate in a long time. In fact, wait, you gotta check your pulse to make sure your heart is still beating.
And then you realize you’ve got your hand on your heart or your wrist but you can’t find your pulse. But you figure it’s ok. After all, you’re not a doctor, so the fact that you’re awake must mean you’re alive, and that’s enough proof for you.
And, even though you feel like your heart is trapped in a cage and wants to get out, it’s ok, there’s more to life than your silly heart says, anyway…..
But that damn buzzing bee of unhappiness in your soul is with you all the time. “Bzzzzzz. Bzzzzzzzz“.
You’re starting to get angry, and actually lay awake at night tossing and turning. You decide that the reason you can’t sleep must be the bed or your pillow, so you replace them both, and yet you still can’t sleep.
Bzzzzzz. Bzzzzzz. You can’t get that awful feeling you’re not living your true potential out of your heart.
You try white noise, but it’s no better than other noise. You get ear plugs, and….now you hear your heart beating…..it is there after all!…. and listening to your heart is a fate worse than hearing an ambulance siren all night long!
The lack of sleep is making things worse. Now you’re acutely aware of your fatigue and frustration, and you need someone to blame.
Aha! It’s your partner’s snoring, or your boss giving you too much work – so much anxiety from all these people around you making your life such a mess, can’t they just leave you alone??!!!
And then you bust a gut, or herniate a disc, or accidentally cut yourself, and you start wondering,
“Isn’t there more to life than this?
Didn’t I used to believe I could do more with myself?
What if I still can?
What if I don’t have to suffer or pretend I’m happy anymore?
What if I actually admitted that I’m NOT happy, and tried to do something about it?”
And then you ended up here, on this very page, somehow, randomly. You’re reading this, and you wonder “What the hell is BullBuster Boot Camp and who is this strange girl named Heather that has just described my life so well, and what can she do for me?”
BullBuster Boot Camp Basics
- First, wake up, and notice yourself! If you are brave enough to admit that you’re unhappy, you can stop avoiding yourself (and, after all, it’s pretty hard to avoid someone that’s with you all day long), and start seeing and accepting yourself – even the parts you’ve been trying so hard to hide. Then you can figure out what you really need to be happy.
- Sit with the Bull. Once you figure out what you need, you can start figuring out how to make yourself happy. The process takes courage, and you’ve got to be ready to own up to your bull to do it. You’ll look at what you deeply want, and take a real, honest look, at the situations (relationship, work, etc.) that aren’t working, and why they aren’t working. This is a time for you to get clear on all the areas of your life that have contributed to the general muckiness/limbo/ambivalent state you feel yourself in right now.
- Confront the Bull. Now you can get real with yourself. What are the phrases and stories you keep using that have kept you exactly where you are – this limbo of uncertainty, stuck between an average/mediocre/ok life and the one you’re really craving? What role are YOU playing – yup because most of this is about YOU, and it’s time for you to face the bull. Are you willing to let go of mediocrity?
- Lose the Bull. This can be the most liberating, and the most scary, part of the journey. What do you have to let go of in order to be happy?
- Bust the Bull. Once you’re free of your BS, you get to create your own process to improve your life, and then welcome in the opportunities that will follow.

Right about now, you may be feeling split in two. You feel deeply seen, your heart may be beating, you have the sense that finally, someone understands what you’re going through…..

(Because, YES, that’s what you’re doing – you’re waking up every day, unhappy, and have convinced yourself that you’re happy with the stability of your unhappiness!)
Yes, change can be scary. But, the thought of change is even scarier than the change itself. The real question is, if you truly believe that a happier life is possible for yourself, why are you so obsessed with staying unhappy?
Whether or not you’ve done transformational work on yourself before, you may have a sense that it can be scary.
Allowing yourself to be vulnerable, admitting you’re standing in your own way, and showing parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden for so long is scary. It can also be one of the most liberating experiences of your life.
You’ve seen shows like “The Biggest Loser”, so you understand what tough love is like – but can you handle that tough love if it’s directed at you?

So, What Do You Get From BullBuster Boot Camp?
Awareness. You’ll see how you’ve been standing in your own way and use these insights to stop sabotaging your life! You will also get to see longtime patterns you’ve been repeating unconsciously.

Action Plan. Heather is all about taking action. You’re not allowed to stand still anymore! You’ll develop your own action plan to change your life for the better.
Self-Empowerment. It may sound crazy right now, but once you go through BullBuster Boot Camp, you will be able to create a life you like, rather than trying to live a life that isn’t working for you – what could be better than that?! What Is BullBuster Boot Camp?
